St. David’s was founded in 1924.It is situated in the heart of Craig-y-Don on Mostyn Avenue and values highly its place within the local community.
It seeks to work out its sense of mission within this distinct part of Llandudno and to be active in pursuing closer links with the other churches in the area.
The people of St David’s are warm and welcoming On Sunday there is a natural flow from worship in the sanctuary to refreshments in the coffee lounge. It is here, and at the many weekday meetings and groups, that friendships and relationships are extended and deepened.
The membership of St David’s has doubled in the past 30 years. Congregations on a Sunday morning now average around 150, of whom about 30 are young people.
There is a growing number of young people who come along to activities at church; The Sunday morning Story keepers is run by a dedicated team and offers a good grounding in the Christian faith.
All of the church activities welcome newcomers and the minister and stewards are especially keen to hear from you if you are new to the area or if we can offer help of any kind.
Perhaps you are interested in having a child christened or in getting married? Perhaps you would like to know more about the Christian faith? Please do not hesitate to contact:

Holy Communion
Sunday 09:00 AM
3rd Week
Holy Communion at St David’s is celebrated once a month in an early morning service and once a month in the evening.
There is a half-hour Communion Service every third Sunday in the month at 9.00am.
Morning Worship
Sunday 10:00 AM
Every Week
Morning worship is a mixture of the modern and the traditional; the atmosphere aims to be relaxed but reverent. We make use of a range of songs and hymns as well as instruments and try to encourage the active involvement of all ages in worship.
Services usually last between an hour and an hour and a quarter.
In the main 10.00am service, Communion is celebrated on average once every 6-8 weeks.
Following Methodist guidelines, anyone who is baptized, of whatever age or understanding is able to take the bread and the wine at Communion.
Some adults prefer to receive a blessing and this is also the choice of some parents for their children.
Those who are not baptized but wish to receive communion will always be welcome to do so, however this may naturally lead to the Minister enquiring about whether a person would like to know more about the Christian faith with a view to becoming baptized.
