We`ve formally been an English Methodist church since 1996. Prior to that this was a Welsh Methodist Church with a small English service.
We are a growing, mainly older church with good community links into the village. We also try and work closely with the other church in the village: St Cynbryd`s Church in Wales.
Our numbers are swelled every summer by our `swallows`; our regular holiday visitors.
At Llanddulas we have established a link with a medical missionary in Equador, Florence Judd. She is a former school friend of one of our members. She had moved away from the area, had a family & then became a missionary nurse. She works for a missionary organisation called HCJB & Llanddulas Methodist Church is pleased to support her in prayer and finance. Over 10% of our giving goes to support her work. Every Friday, 9.15 – 9.45am, ‘village prayers’ ; a time of prayer and meditation for the needs of our village.
Guild Meeting
We have a monthly guild meeting which deals with subjects of local interest and can attract over 50 people.
